The Suites

The suites themselves are very modern with a contemporary aesthetic. It is a non-smoking, pet-friendly building (see below) with an elevator and spaces to store your bike. For an additional fee, you can also get secure underground parking.

Pet Approval
ALL pets must be approved prior to being on site. The number of pets per unit is limited to two only, which can include any combination of cat or dog only. Pet owners are required to accompany their pets whenever they're in an area shared by other residents and to clean up after them. Some apartment buildings may include pet washing facilities.

As it's necessary for all residents to feel at ease, our pet approval process may include a personal interview so that we can experience your pet's temperament.
