We know that finding long-term, pet-friendly rentals in Kelowna is not easy. That’s why we’re proud to announce that our contemporary living spaces are created with your furry family members in mind. In fact, as a pet-friendly environment, the building comes equipped with a dog wash station.

However, since there are non-pet owners who also live in the building, we have to consider everyone and so ALL pets must be approved prior to being on site. If you are a pet owner, please read the full pet approval process and policy below.

Pet Approval
ALL pets must be approved prior to being on site. The number of pets per unit is limited to two only, which can include any combination of cat or dog only. Pet owners are required to accompany their pets whenever they're in an area shared by other residents and to clean up after them. Some apartment buildings may include pet washing facilities.

As it's necessary for all residents to feel at ease, our pet approval process may include a personal interview so that we can experience your pet's temperament.
