The Suites

All of our units come with balconies / patios and include all the stainless steel kitchen appliances – stove and hood fan, fridge and dishwasher as well as a stackable washer / dryer combo in the suite. Most of the floors throughout are laminate with the added extra luxury of vinyl tile in the bathroom(s). The suites also include all the window coverings making them move-in ready.

All the units are non-smoking units and are pet friendly with a few restrictions (see below). There’s an elevator in the building and underground parking is available for an additional fee. Public transit is a breeze along with the shops that are all within walking distance from the complex. We’ve even struck a deal with Telus so that new renters are able to get a full year of cable, phone and internet for free!

Pet Approval
ALL pets must be approved prior to being on site. The number of pets per unit is limited to two only, which can include any combination of cat or dog only. Pet owners are required to accompany their pets whenever they're in an area shared by other residents and to clean up after them. Some apartment buildings may include pet washing facilities.

As it's necessary for all residents to feel at ease, our pet approval process may include a personal interview so that we can experience your pet's temperament.
